Hi there, we have received our confirmation email but the pick-up location is somehow set to Christchurch airport (same with the drop-off). We would like to please change the pick-up location to Madras St, Christchurch Central. We will still drop the car off at the Airport location.

That's correct.

OK, then you are in time to make changes. You can do it all online. Go to viewmyreservation.com logging in with your booking reference number and the email addres you used to make the booking with. Once in the client portal choose from the left hand side menu CHANGE/AMEND booking. Also follow the next instructions for one way car rental:-

If you intend to drop off the vehicle in a different location from the pick up location, then tick the box “Return to a different location”. If then no cars are displayed at STEP2, then one way is not permitted between these locations. For one way rentals sometimes it can be a fee. This is always included in the total rental rate and payable at the desk on arrival.
